I recently took some time to explore Zillow’s business model using Alexander Osterwalder & Yves Pigneur’s Business Model Generation methodologies. Zillow exists in a very tumultuous time for the real estate industry as the industry struggles to protect the quality and syndication of data, while still attempting to market homes in an increasingly transparent digital world. For these reason’s and others I found the company very interesting. I decided that I would post my findings, should anyone be interested in exploring them.
